Gregg Clark Property Assessors are a Worthing based company specialising in high standard E.P.C reports for the housing market. We are proud to be able to extend our service by offering to provide Home Information Packs for the sales industry.

Most Home Information Pack providers base their pricing on the size of the property in question, however by keeping the E.P.C price static Gregg Clark are able to offer two standardised rates which we believe to be both fair and competitive. The simplicity of having just the two rates is both beneficial to you the agent and ourselves. This is because the only factor to consider is the tenure  This could also be beneficial to those agents who provide an in house H.I.P service as the price of our E.P.Cs could deem profitable  to the overall cost of the of the pack.

All Home Information Packs are fully compliant with the latest government regulations and legislations. All our DEAs are in-house, ensuring consistency within the reports and all of whom are qualified and accredited.  Our search agents are also fully qualified and are search code registered.  This enables us to confidently provide a high level of service and competence

The turn around for Home Information Packs is estimated to be 7- 10 days for freehold properties and approximately 14 days for a leasehold/commonhold property. Every effort will be made to ensure that the HIP is available to you at the earliest opportunity so that marketing may commence.  We will send the HIP electronically and provide a printed and bound copy for the client.  If you have any queries regarding HIPs or compliance please do not hesitate to contact us.
